Photos are included with all of my draw inspections and monitoring reports. The first inspection always includes a property identifying picture. This ensures my clients that I have inspected the correct property.
Most residential inspections have a minimum of six pictures. The number of pictures for small commercial jobs varies depending on the size of project. Pictures are valuable proof of work completed or not completed. That is why I put a big emphasis on them; to protect me and my clients.
